Biography

Lover of nature, reader of science fiction, singer of folk songs, and photographer of interesting things, I've been sewing since 2009 and blogging since about the same time.

I've designed patterns for Violette Field Threads under their label and designed patterns for One Thimble, and Project Run and Play under Duchess and Hare, my own brand.  I've been designing patterns professionally since 2015 and have sewn countless samples and final garments since then.

I've taken a break from pattern designing for now, but continue to sew for my dolls and photograph things around me that bring me joy.
